Process:
1. Select a Custom Product
Click on the link of the product you want to customize.
2. Choose Product Details
Select hair color and eye color.
3.Submit Your Order
Review your order details, fill in your shipping information, complete the payment, and your order will be processed.
4. Send Photos to Customer Care
Upload at least three photos:
Front view,Side view,Full-body portrait
5. Order Production
We will create a sample based on your photos and requirements. The production process takes approximately 2–3 weeks (longer during holidays).
6. Sample Review & Communication
We will send you the first draft of the sculpture’s head for approval. If revisions are needed, each adjustment will take an additional 1–2 days. Please provide your email address to ensure smooth communication.
7. Baking & Assembly
Once the head is approved, the sculpture will be baked, assembled, and prepared for shipping within 1–2 days.
